The test case is intended to fail because removing the focus from the input field causes a new file to be loaded by the browser.

The browser must be JavaScript-enabled.

The user initiated the change of context, but did not expect it to be connected to the user's action.

The actual behaviour may depend on the user agent. On Windows XP, the following behaviour was observed. In Internet Explorer 6.0, the audio file was loaded in an instance of Windows Media Player. In Firefox 2.0 and Seamonkey 1.1, audio file was played by QuickTime (in the same tab as the referencing file). In Opera 9.0, nothing happened: focus remained in the input field.

This test case maps to failure F9: Failure of SC 3.2.5 due to changing the context when the user removes focus from a form element (http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-WCAG20-TECHS-20060427/Overview.html#F9).
