Background sound is to loud to understand the speech reader

The embed element works with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape (tested: Firefox 1.0.6, IE 6.0, Netscape 7.1, Opera 7.51)

The file is valid.

The embed is widely supported but not part of the W3C's DTD for XHTML, so the file uses a custom DTD to ensure valid code.
